Inspired by Nature.

Designed for Change.

What We Do.

We offer a holistic perspective that bridges science, design, and strategic foresight. Through education and interactive workshops, we guide organizations and individuals through transformational experiences, fostering innovation, collaboration, and resilience.

As global challenges —such as resource depletion, climate disruption, systemic imbalances—intensify, it is clear that the systems we’ve relied upon no longer serve us.

Nature holds 3.8 billion years of perfected research and development—an unparalleled blueprint for innovation, adaptability, and balance. In these workshops, you'll learn to see through nature’s lens, recognizing ecological patterns and principles that can guide your decisions and strategies both in business and life.

Living systems are diverse, interconnected, and adaptive. They evolve through feedback, balance, and collaboration—unlike the fragmented, linear, and often static models that dominate today’s social and business structures.

We empower you to rethink current models by introducing living systems thinking, biomimicry, and regenerative design principles. These nature-inspired solutions will equip you with the tools and mindset needed to drive meaningful large scale change.

About.

“My passion lies in exploring the beauty and insight at the intersection of biology and design.”

Jessica Riquetti is a regenerative designer, ecologist, and educator with a global perspective and a passion for transformation. As a UC Berkeley PhD candidate in Plant Ecology, who spent decades leading design innovation at global brands like Mountain Hardwear and Lululemon, her path bridges science, creativity, and systems thinking.

With a background rooted in Scandinavia, North and South Americas, Jessica is skilled at facilitating meaningful collaboration across cultures, disciplines, and sectors. She is frequently invited to speak, teach, and lead workshops around the world, guiding people through the complex work of reimagining systems through the lens of nature.

Jessica has taught field ecology and guided undergraduate research at UC Berkeley, project centric Regenerative Design courses for Master's students at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, and led outdoor education programs through immersive backpacking experiences. Whether in the classroom, studio, or wilderness, she brings a collaborative and experiential approach to learning—keeping teams engaged, focused, and open to discovery. Her facilitation style blends structure with creativity, supporting teams to explore new ideas while grounding their work in real-world context and purpose.

With deep experience in the performance apparel industry and a strong foundation in project management, Jessica is uniquely equipped to lead innovation design sprints that align business objectives with ecological intelligence. She draws on her hands-on knowledge of product development, material systems, and organizational dynamics to help teams uncover untapped potential, generate breakthrough ideas, and build regenerative strategies that are both visionary and actionable.

Her mission is to empower designers, leaders, and change agents with the frameworks and practices needed to navigate complexity, design regeneratively, and catalyze impactful change across institutions and communities.

From unlocking innovation and guiding resilient change to deepening ecological understanding and reconnecting with the living world, we draw from nature’s time-tested strategies to cultivate meaningful transformation—for teams, individuals, and communities alike.
